CIKARANG UTARA – Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Kabupaten Bekasi, H. Uju, membuka kegiatan rapat kordinasi dan evaluasi pengelolaan Sistem Pengelolaan Pengaduan Pelayanan Publik Nasional (SP4N – LAPOR) tahun 2021 di Hotel Swiss Belinn, Jababeka Cikarang Utara Kabupaten Bekasi, Kamis, (08\/04\/2021).<\/p>\n

Sekda Kabupaten Bekasi, H. Uju mengatakan, rapat evaluasi pengelolaan SP4N-LAPOR diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat menuju tata kelola pemerintahan yang lebih baik. Karena sejatinya tugas birokrat adalah melayani masyarakat.<\/p>\n

“Saya berharap, pelayanan publik di Kabupaten Bekasi, dari segi kualitas selalu terdepan. Dan hasil evaluasi ini, jenis pengaduan nanti dipecah, dinas mana yang paling banyak pengaduan dari masyarakat, pengaduannya apa saja,” ujarnya.<\/p>\n

Semua masukan dari masyarakat tersebut, kata Sekda, nanti akan dijadikan bahan evaluasi untuk meneruskan kebijakan lebih lanjut.<\/p>\n

“Karena pengaduan dari warga juga merupakan modal kita agar pelayanan masyarakat menjadi lebih baik,” kata Uju.<\/p>\n

Rapat yang mengambil tema “Menjawab Tantangan Pelayanan dan Pengaduan Masyarakat di Masa Pandemi” tersebut, dihadiri para kepala perangkat daerah di lingkungan Pemerintahan Kabupaten Bekasi, dengan menghadirkan nara sumber Kasubbag Komunikasi Pimpinan Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat, Akhmad Taufiqurrachman.<\/p>\n
